There is a photograph that literally haunts me, even though in a good way – if that exists. And it’s simply because I took her in june, while checking the offroad route for the NordOveest Divide, a gravel adventure trail across Piedmont and Liguria.

This picture has been featured on Bikepacking.com’s “weekend snapshots” section, which is a great pleasure since the website is the absolute reference for gravel rides across the world.

It has later been chosen as “photo of the week” by the NOC Sensei Academy, with a very kind description by the judge Barbara Silbe.

Hopefully, all this will be a good omen for the year 2023 and all the works waiting ahead!
